Casablanca Stock Exchange Starts the Day on a Positive Note

The Casablanca Stock Exchange began trading this Friday on an upward trend. Its main index, MASI, rose by 0.79%, reaching 17,086.49 points.
The MASI.20 index, which tracks the performance of the top 20 listed companies, increased by 0.94% to 1,384.34 points. Similarly, the MASI.ESG index, which includes companies with the best ESG ratings, climbed 0.87% to settle at 1,179.19 points.
Meanwhile, the MASI Mid and Small Cap index, measuring the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises, gained 0.38%, closing at 1,812.82 points.
It is worth noting that the MASI index had already ended Thursday’s session with a 0.49% increase.
