Cold Weather and Rainfall Expected This Saturday

The General Directorate of Meteorology forecasts relatively cold weather this Saturday, with localized frost in the morning and at night over the Atlas Mountains, the Rif, and the eastern highlands.
Rain or occasional thunderstorms are expected in Tanger, Loukkos, Gharb, Rif, the Mediterranean coast, the Oriental region, and the Middle Atlas. Additional rainfall will affect the Atlantic plains north of El Jadida, the Saiss, the Oulmès plateaus, and the High Atlas, with snowfall on the peaks of the Middle and High Atlas mountains.
Fog patches will form in the morning and at night along the central coast and the northwestern part of the southern provinces. Moderate to strong wind gusts, accompanied by local dust storms, will affect the southern Oriental region, the Middle Atlas, the western Mediterranean coast, the central coasts, and the southern provinces.
Minimum temperatures will range from -3 to 3°C in the Atlas Mountains, 2 to 12°C in the Rif, phosphate plateaus, Oulmès, the Oriental, and Saiss regions, and 8 to 17°C elsewhere. Maximum temperatures will decrease.
As for sea conditions, the Mediterranean will be slightly to moderately rough, the Strait of Gibraltar will be rough to very rough, the area between Larache and Ras Hadid will see very rough seas, and the rest of the coastline will experience varying levels of rough seas.
