Wydad and Raja Ultras Condemn Harsh Sentences

The supporter groups of Wydad and Raja have issued a joint statement expressing their dissatisfaction with what they consider excessively harsh judicial rulings. They also criticize the arrest of several of their members and announce the suspension of their activities in city neighborhoods during the holy month of Ramadan.
In a statement shared on Facebook, Ultra Winners (Wydad fans) and Curva Sud (Raja fans) stated that these severe sentences have shattered the dreams of many young people.
The communiqué reveals that some members received prison sentences of up to 10 years, despite having evidence proving their innocence. According to them, this reflects an unfair approach towards young individuals who did not commit crimes warranting such severe punishments.
Finally, the groups emphasize their continuous efforts to prevent any disturbances in stadiums and strongly oppose any restrictive measures against ultras.
