Resumption of Classes in Northern Morocco After Temporary Suspension

Educational institutions in northern Morocco resumed classes as usual on Tuesday morning, following a temporary suspension on Monday due to severe weather conditions that affected the region over the weekend.

Schools in the Tangier-Tétouan region welcomed students back to their classrooms after they had been previously notified of the suspension as a precautionary measure due to the weather disturbances in the area.

Meanwhile, the provincial education directorate in Tétouan denied the authenticity of a statement circulating on social media claiming that the suspension of classes in the city was still in effect. It confirmed that the document was fabricated and had no basis in reality.
