The ordinary criminal chamber of the Marrakech First Instance Court has decided to postpone the trial of Abdelrazak Ahllouch, former president of the Souihla commune and a parliamentary representative for the Menara district under the Istiqlal Party, along with 15 other defendants, in a case concerning the transfer of collective land.

The court has rescheduled the hearing for April 24, in order to summon the absent defendants, including Ahllouch.

The accused face multiple charges, including preparing documents related to the transfer of properties belonging to a collective entity, participating in the drafting of documents involving the illegal relinquishment or use of these properties, disposing of inalienable assets, and issuing administrative documents to unauthorized persons, depending on each defendant’s role in the case.
