Weather Forecast for Today

The General Directorate of Meteorology expects scattered showers over the Rif this Saturday, along with light rain on the Mediterranean coast, the northwest, the Middle Atlas, the Saïss region, and the Atlantic plains between Casablanca and Essaouira.

Drizzles will also affect the central region, the High Atlas, and the coastline between Agadir and Tan-Tan, with snowfall on the peaks of the Rif and Atlas mountains.

Moderate to strong wind gusts are expected in the Rif, northern Oriental region, and Middle Atlas.

Minimum temperatures will range between -4°C and 5°C in the Atlas mountains, southeastern slopes, the Rif, and the southern Oriental region, while other areas will see temperatures between 5°C and 15°C.

During the day, temperatures will drop in the north of the Oriental and the eastern Mediterranean coast but will rise elsewhere.

The sea will be calm to slightly rough in the Mediterranean, slightly rough to rough in the Strait and between Tarfaya and Laayoune, and rough to very rough along the rest of the coast.
