Weather Forecast: Rain and Snowfall Expected

The General Directorate of Meteorology predicts rainfall or showers this Monday in the Rif, Saïss, plains north of El Jadida, Middle Atlas, phosphate plateaus, Oulmès, and the northern Oriental region.
Light rain is also expected in Tangier, the High Atlas, the Mediterranean coast, and Abda, with nighttime precipitation in the southeast. Snowfall will cover the peaks of the High and Middle Atlas, as well as the Rif.
Moderately strong wind gusts, carrying dust in some areas, will affect the southern provinces, Anti-Atlas, Souss, and the central coasts.
Minimum temperatures will range between -3°C and 3°C in the Atlas, 1°C and 6°C in the Rif and Oriental plateaus, and 9°C to 15°C in the extreme southeast, Souss, and the southern provinces.
During the day, temperatures will drop in the Oriental, High Atlas, and southeast, while a slight rise is expected in other regions.
The sea will be calm to rough in the Mediterranean and the Strait of Gibraltar, very rough to extremely rough between Ras Hadid and Tarfaya, and rough to very rough along the rest of the coast.
