Casablanca Stock Exchange Closes Lower

The Casablanca Stock Exchange ended Tuesday’s trading session on a negative note. Its main index, MASI, dropped by 1.01%, settling at 17,677.83 points.
The MASI.20 index, reflecting the performance of the top 20 listed companies, declined by 0.96% to 1,436.16 points. Meanwhile, the MASI.ESG index, which tracks companies with the best ESG ratings, fell by 1.3% to 1,207.06 points.
The MASI Mid and Small Cap index, measuring the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises, also recorded a loss of 0.3%, reaching 1,793.86 points.
Regarding international indices, the FTSE CSE Morocco 15 and FTSE CSE Morocco All-Liquid closed down by 1.17% (16,914.93 points) and 1.1% (15,217.94 points), respectively.
