Casablanca Stock Exchange Opens Higher

The Casablanca Stock Exchange started trading on a positive note this Tuesday. Its main index, MASI, rose by 0.3% to settle at 17,911.79 points.
The MASI.20 index, which tracks the top 20 listed companies, gained 0.45% to reach 1,456.63 points, while the MASI.ESG index, reflecting the performance of the highest-rated sustainable companies, increased by 0.2% to 1,225.48 points.
The MASI Mid and Small Cap index, which measures small and medium-sized companies, recorded a slight rise of 0.05% to 1,800.15 points.
On Monday, the MASI index closed with a gain of 1.35%.
