Casablanca Stock Exchange Opens on a Positive Note

The Casablanca Stock Exchange started trading on Wednesday in the green. Its main index, MASI, rose by 0.47%, settling at 17,761.39 points.
The MASI.20 index, representing the top 20 listed companies, increased by 0.49% to 1,443.18 points, while the MASI.ESG, tracking the best-rated sustainable companies, climbed by 0.36% to 1,211.38 points.
Meanwhile, the MASI Mid and Small Cap, which monitors small and mid-sized companies, recorded a slight increase of 0.03% to 1,794.45 points.
This recovery follows a 1.01% decline in the MASI index during Tuesday’s session.
