King Mohammed VI to Preside Over Laylat al-Qadr Celebration Seated

The Royal Palace, Protocol, and Chancellery have announced that King Mohammed VI, Commander of the Faithful, will preside over the Laylat al-Qadr celebration on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at the Royal Palace in Rabat.
Due to physical constraints following his recent left shoulder surgery, the Monarch will perform the Isha and Tarawih prayers while seated, in accordance with religious teachings.
The ceremony will be broadcast live on radio and television.
