Weather Forecast: Warm Temperatures with Fog and Wind Gusts

The General Directorate of Meteorology forecasts relatively high temperatures this Thursday in the Souss region and inland southern provinces. Fog banks will form at night and in the morning over the northern plains and near the southern coasts.
The sky will be slightly to partially cloudy over the High and Middle Atlas. Cold weather is expected at night and in the morning in the mountains, the Rif, and the eastern high plateaus. Sandstorms may occur in some areas of the southern provinces, the southern Anti-Atlas, and the southeast.
Strong wind gusts will be recorded in Chiadma’s interior, northern southern provinces, and the Middle Atlas.
Minimum temperatures will range from -2°C to 4°C in the High and Middle Atlas, the Rif, and the eastern high plateaus. They will be between 9°C and 16°C in the south, extreme southeast, Souss, Chiadma, and near the coasts, and between 5°C and 12°C in other regions.
Daytime temperatures will rise.
The sea will be calm to slightly rough in the Mediterranean and the Strait of Gibraltar and slightly rough to rough along the Atlantic coast.
