Weather Forecast: Variable Conditions with Moderate Heat

The General Directorate of Meteorology forecasts, this Saturday, the appearance of tropical clouds from the south over the eastern part of the southern provinces, with a chance of light rain.

The weather will remain relatively warm in central regions, the extreme southeast of the country, and the eastern southern provinces. Moderate to strong wind gusts are expected in the Anti-Atlas and the southern provinces, possibly causing local dust storms.

Localized fog will form in the morning and at night in the Gharb region and near the southern coasts. Morning and nighttime temperatures will remain relatively cool in the Rif and the Atlas Mountains.

Minimum temperatures will range between -2°C and 5°C in the High and Middle Atlas Mountains and the Rif, between 11°C and 25°C in the southern provinces, the southeast, the Souss region, and the central coasts, and between 4°C and 10°C in the rest of the country. A slight rise in daytime temperatures is expected.

The sea will be calm to slightly rough in the Mediterranean and the Strait of Gibraltar, and slightly rough to rough along the Atlantic coasts.
