Handover Ceremony at the Higher Council for Education

This Thursday, the headquarters of the Higher Council for Education, Training, and Scientific Research hosted the handover ceremony between Habib El Malki, former president, and Rahma Bourquia, newly appointed by His Majesty King Mohammed VI as the new head of this constitutional institution.
According to a statement from the Council, this royal appointment underscores the King’s commitment to equipping this institution with highly skilled national talents to ensure the continuation of educational reforms.
