Morocco Climbs to 12th Place in FIFA Rankings

Following victories against Niger and Tanzania, Morocco has moved up two places to 12th in the latest FIFA rankings released this Thursday, with 1694.24 points. The Atlas Lions benefited from Uruguay and Colombia’s decline, closing in on Croatia (11th, +2).
In Africa, Morocco remains the top-ranked team, ahead of Senegal, which dropped to 19th (1630.32 points), and Egypt, now 32nd globally (1518.79 points).
Globally, Argentina retains the top spot, while Spain climbs to second place after France’s slip to third. England (4th) and Brazil (5th) remain in the top five. The Netherlands (6th, +1) overtakes Portugal (7th, -1), while Belgium (8th), Italy (9th), and Germany (10th) hold their positions.
