Casablanca Stock Exchange opens higher

The Casablanca Stock Exchange opened in positive territory this Wednesday. Its main index, MASI, rose by 0.29%, reaching 17,254.59 points.
The MASI.20 index, which reflects the performance of the top 20 listed companies, climbed 0.36% to 1,403.44 points.
The MASI.ESG index, highlighting top-rated companies in terms of sustainability, edged up by 0.04% to settle at 1,183.14 points.
The MASI Mid and Small Cap index, tracking small and mid-cap stocks, recorded the strongest increase, gaining 0.58% to stand at 1,737.17 points.
This positive start follows Tuesday’s trading session, where the MASI had declined by 0.37%.
