Saturday’s Weather Forecast

According to the General Directorate of Meteorology, this Saturday will see dense low clouds forming in the morning and at night along the northern and central coasts, accompanied by local patches of fog.

Scattered showers with occasional thunderstorms are expected over the Middle Atlas and northern High Atlas regions, while the rest of the country will enjoy mostly sunny skies.

Moderately strong winds will blow along the central and southern coasts.

Minimum temperatures will range between 4°C and 10°C in the Atlas and Rif mountains, and between 10°C and 21°C elsewhere. Maximum temperatures are generally expected to rise.

The sea will be calm to slightly rough in the Mediterranean, slightly rough to rough in the Strait of Gibraltar, and rough to very rough along the Atlantic coast, becoming slightly rough to rough north of Asilah in the afternoon.
