Casablanca Stock Exchange Opens Friday Trading on Positive Note

The Casablanca Stock Exchange started Friday’s trading session in the green, with its main index, MASI, rising by 0.49% to reach 18,221.27 points.
The MASI.20 index, which tracks the top 20 performing listed companies, gained 0.66%, settling at 1,488.22 points, while the MASI.ESG index, reflecting environmentally and socially responsible firms, increased by 0.56% to 1,240.91 points.
On the other hand, the MASI Mid and Small Cap index, which tracks small and medium-sized enterprises, saw a slight drop of 0.08%, closing at 1,759.26 points.
This upward trend follows Thursday’s session, which also ended on a positive note with a 0.59% gain, reflecting growing investor confidence.
