Casablanca Stock Exchange Opens Thursday with Modest Gains

The Casablanca Stock Exchange began trading this Thursday with its main index MASI up 0.13%, settling at 18,542.38 points.

The MASI.20 index, reflecting the performance of the top 20 listed companies, rose by 0.15% to 1,519.70 points, while the MASI.ESG index dropped slightly by 0.27% to 1,282.03 points.

Meanwhile, the MASI Mid and Small Cap index showed a marginal decline of 0.01%.

Top gainers included Stroc Industrie, IB Maroc.com, Fenie Brossette, Cartier Saada, and M2M Group, all nearing 10% gains.
