Morocco’s FinTech Ecosystem Gains Momentum at the Second “Financial Technology Day” in Casablanca

On June 30th, Casablanca hosted the second edition of the “Financial Technology Day,” organized by Winnov—Attijariwafa bank’s innovation arm—in partnership with KPMG Morocco. The event brought together key stakeholders from Morocco’s FinTech ecosystem, including banking executives, tech entrepreneurs, and institutional leaders.

Discussions focused on aligning Attijariwafa bank’s strategic needs with real-world FinTech solutions across eight major domains: retail and investment banking, cybersecurity, HR, compliance, ESG, digital innovation, and capital markets.

Workshops and networking sessions led to new opportunities for collaboration and placed Morocco at the heart of financial innovation in Africa.
