Morocco Weather Forecast: Hot in the South, Light Rain in the North

The General Directorate of Meteorology forecasts relatively hot weather this Saturday across Morocco’s southern and southeastern provinces, with changing weather patterns expected in northern regions.

Scattered light rain is expected in Tangier, Loukkos, and the northwest, along with low clouds and morning fog over Atlantic coastal areas.

Partly cloudy skies are expected in the southeast, with a chance of dust storms in the south and east.
Moderately strong winds will blow across the Mediterranean coast, central Atlantic shores, the Atlas mountains, and eastern and southern areas.

• Lows:

  • 23°C to 29°C in southeastern and southern desert regions

  • 17°C to 23°C in the east, Mediterranean coast, and plains

  • 13°C to 17°C elsewhere

• Highs: Remain elevated in the far south and Atlas region, with a slight drop in other areas

• Slightly rough from Tangier to Safi and calm in the Strait

• Slight to moderate swell along the Mediterranean and Atlantic coasts
