Baccalaureate 2025: Over 53% Success Rate Among Moroccan Inmates

Official data reveals that 962 inmates have successfully passed the 2025 baccalaureate exams, achieving a total success rate of 53.44% across both the regular and remedial sessions — a 7.13% increase compared to 2024.

Notably, 322 inmates received honors, ranging from “Fairly Good” to “Very Good,” accounting for 33.47% of all successful candidates, marking an 11.03% improvement from last year.

These outcomes reflect the ongoing commitment to enhancing education in correctional facilities, as part of rehabilitation programs led by the General Delegation for Prison Administration in cooperation with the Ministry of National Education, aiming to facilitate inmate reintegration through learning.
