King Mohammed VI Congratulates President Emmanuel Macron on France’s National Day

On the occasion of France’s National Day, His Majesty King Mohammed VI sent a message of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic.

In the message, the King extends His warmest congratulations along with His best wishes for happiness and continued prosperity to France and the French people.

The King stated:

“After expressing their desire to build a common future based on solidarity, our two countries are today—just as they have at every crucial juncture in their shared history—working to redefine their cooperation in a way that better meets the demands of the present moment.”

His Majesty added:

“The exceptional and enhanced partnership we have jointly established is clear proof of our firm commitment to shape the future of our bilateral relations through a long-term strategic perspective.”

The King concluded:

“You may rest assured, Mr. President, of the Kingdom of Morocco’s determination to continue advancing this partnership in the same spirit of trust and mutual respect that has characterized its foundation, and in full alignment with the high ambitions we both share for Moroccan-French friendship.”
