Heat and Thunderstorms Expected Across Several Moroccan Regions Today

Morocco’s National Meteorological Directorate forecasts hot weather this Wednesday in the inland northern and central plains, phosphate plateaus, Oulmès, southeastern areas, and the interior of the southern provinces.

Thunderstorms with hail and wind gusts are expected in southern provinces, along with cumulonimbus clouds and scattered rains over the Atlas Mountains and southern Atlantic coasts.

Temperatures will range between 25–32°C in the southeast, and 18–25°C elsewhere. Coastal areas will see calm to slightly rough seas.
