Zouhair Dari, father of Moroccan international Achraf Dari, a defender for Stade Brestois in France, confirmed to Hesport that his son’s agent and Stade Brestois officials have reached a final agreement with the Egyptian club Al-Ahly for Achraf’s transfer during the current summer transfer window. The official announcement is expected after Stade Brestois’ next match. Al-Ahly has provided all necessary guarantees to both the player and Brest, and visa procedures for Achraf’s move to Cairo are underway. Several European clubs, including Getafe, Rayo Vallecano, and Espanyol, showed interest, but only Al-Ahly could meet Brest’s financial demands. Achraf Dari, currently under contract with Brest until 2026, is now close to joining Al-Ahly.
