Casablanca Stock Exchange Closes Higher

The Casablanca Stock Exchange closed Wednesday’s trading session on a positive note, with its benchmark index, the MASI, rising by 0.22% to reach 13,908.54 points.

After a day of gains, the MASI.20, an index that tracks the 20 most liquid stocks, and the MASI.ESG, which includes companies with the highest ESG ratings as published by Moody’s ESG Solutions, increased by 0.29% to 1,128.88 points and 0.07% to 1,014.96 points, respectively.

Similarly, the MASI Mid and Small Cap, a thematic index tracking the performance of small and medium-sized companies listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange, advanced by 0.99% to 1,262.78 points.

On the international front, the FTSE CSE Morocco 15 and the FTSE CSE Morocco All-Liquid gained 0.27% to 13,124.11 points and 0.22% to 11,685.94 points, respectively.
