Security forces in Taroudant have successfully ended a series of armed robberies carried out by a man in his thirties, a repeat offender, on Sunday, September 15th. He was arrested while attempting another robbery, having targeted several people across the city. The suspect primarily attacked women, threatening them with a knife to steal their belongings, and sometimes resorted to violence if they refused. After a rise in complaints, a trap was set, leading to his capture. He is currently in custody under the supervision of the public prosecutor.
