The Casablanca Stock Exchange began trading this Tuesday on a positive note, with the main index “MASI” rising by 0.03% to settle at 14,160.57 points.
The “MASI.20” index, which reflects the performance of the top 20 listed companies, recorded a gain of 0.06% to reach 1,138.58 points. Meanwhile, the MASI.ESG, an index of companies with the best ESG ratings, grew by 0.1% to 1,017.44 points.
On the other hand, the “MASI Mid and Small Cap” index, which tracks the performance of small and medium-sized companies listed on the exchange, dropped by 0.18% to 1,347.42 points.
It is worth noting that the “MASI” index closed yesterday, Monday, with a loss of 0.07%.
