The General Directorate of Meteorology forecasts, this Tuesday, the formation of local fog along the Mediterranean coast and between Guelmim and Boujdour, with dense low clouds and fog banks over the northern and central Atlantic plains, as well as in the northwest of the southern provinces.
Unstable clouds are also expected to form over the High Atlas, leading to scattered showers. The sky will be partly cloudy to overcast in the northern Saharan provinces, the extreme northwest, the central regions, and southeastern areas.
Dusty winds are anticipated in the interior of the southern provinces, with moderately strong to locally strong winds in the Tangier region and on the southern coasts.
Minimum temperatures will range between 4°C and 10°C in the High and Middle Atlas mountains, the Rif, and the eastern high plateaus, between 19°C and 23°C in the Saharan provinces and the far southeastern parts of the kingdom, and between 12°C and 18°C in the rest of the regions.
Maximum temperatures will slightly rise in the inland plains but will slightly decrease in other areas.
The sea will be calm to slightly rough along the Mediterranean coast, slightly rough to rough in the Strait of Gibraltar and between Tan-Tan and Boujdour, and rough between Tangier and Tan-Tan, as well as along the remaining coasts.
