The General Directorate of Meteorology expects, this Monday, the formation of low clouds accompanied by fog patches in the morning and evening across various regions, including the Oriental, Mediterranean coasts, northern and central plains, as well as the Atlantic coasts.
The sky will be partially overcast with high clouds over most parts of the Kingdom. A relatively cold weather is expected with localized frost in the morning and at night in the High and Middle Atlas mountains.
Minimum temperatures will range between 2 and 8 degrees in the Atlas mountains, 8 to 13 degrees in the southeast, Oriental, Rif, Saïss, and the phosphate and Oulmès plateaus, and between 13 and 17 degrees in the rest of the Kingdom.
Daytime temperatures are expected to rise.
As for the sea, it will be slightly to moderately rough on the Mediterranean front and Strait of Gibraltar, as well as along the Atlantic coast. Between Tan-Tan and Laayoune, the sea will be occasionally calm to slightly rough.
