Casablanca Stock Exchange Opens on a Positive Note
The Casablanca Stock Exchange started trading on a positive trend this Wednesday, with its main index, MASI, rising by 0.42% to settle at 15,039.81 points.
Shortly after the opening, both the MASI.20 index, which reflects the performance of the top 20 listed companies, and the MASI.ESG index, tracking the highest-rated ESG companies, increased by 0.53% to 1,223.48 points and 0.31% to 1,076.47 points, respectively.
Meanwhile, the MASI Mid and Small Cap index, representing the performance of small and medium-sized companies, climbed by 0.64% to reach 1,454.55 points.
