The General Directorate of Meteorology forecasts high temperatures this Monday in the Souss region, the northern and central plains, and the southern provinces.
Low clouds and patches of fog are expected along the southern coasts during the night and morning, with scattered rain showers likely over the High Atlas mountains. The sky will be partly cloudy in the northwest of the country, while local dust may spread over the southern Oriental region and the central and southern areas.
Moderate to strong wind gusts are expected in the northern southern provinces, the central regions, and the highlands of the High and Anti-Atlas mountains. Minimum temperatures will range from 5 to 10°C in the Atlas mountains, eastern slopes, and southeast areas. They will be between 10 and 15°C in the eastern highlands and the Rif, and 15 to 21°C in the rest of the country.
During the day, temperatures are expected to decrease slightly in the northern and central regions. As for sea conditions, the Mediterranean will be calm to slightly rough, the Strait of Gibraltar slightly rough to rough, and the Atlantic coast slightly rough to rough.
