The General Directorate of National Security (DGSN) has announced the launch of the integrated digital service platform E-Police, starting Friday, December 20. This interactive platform is designed to offer a range of police administrative services to all Moroccan citizens in a single digital space.
According to the DGSN’s statement, the E-Police platform was built with a modern technological vision, aiming to consolidate all police services into a user-friendly space. It incorporates advanced technologies, such as rapid response to requests, remote identity verification, and the protection of personal and user data.
As part of this initiative, the digitization of the « Anthropometric Sheet » (criminal record) is the first administrative service integrated into the E-Police platform. Starting December 20, citizens can request this document online after verifying their identity through systems developed by the DGSN. The process includes electronic payment of stamp duties and an electronic notification for document collection at the nearest registration center.
The platform also offers additional services such as booking appointments for electronic national identity cards and registering for police recruitment exams.
This project is the first step in digitizing police public services, with plans to soon include requests for documents such as residence certificates or renewal of national identity cards.
The DGSN aims to use this platform to bring police services closer to citizens while improving their quality and accessibility.
