Weather Forecast for Wednesday

The Directorate General of Meteorology forecasts relatively cold weather this Wednesday, accompanied by frost over the Atlas Mountains, their eastern slopes, the Rif, and the high eastern plateaus.

Local fog banks are expected to form along the western Mediterranean coasts and near the Atlantic Ocean shores. Moderate to fairly strong wind gusts are anticipated in the Rif and the far southern regions of the country, along with dust blowing in some southern areas.

Minimum temperatures will range from 0 to 5 °C in the Atlas Mountains, their eastern slopes, and the eastern region. They will vary between 9 and 15 °C in the central regions, the Saharan provinces, and near the coasts, while being between 5 and 9 °C elsewhere in the kingdom.

Daytime temperatures are expected to rise slightly overall.

As for sea conditions, the Mediterranean will be calm to slightly choppy, while the Strait and Atlantic coasts will see slight to moderate waves.
