Citizens registered in the general electoral rolls can verify their registration status. Anyone noticing an unlawful removal of their name has the right to file a complaint with the relevant administrative committee.

In a statement issued last Friday, the Minister of the Interior reminded citizens of their legal right to check their registration status. This can be done at their local administrative office or by sending a free SMS to 2727.

The Minister also noted that citizens who find their names unlawfully removed can submit complaints to the relevant administrative committee from January 18 to 24, 2025.

Additionally, temporary modification tables will be available for consultation at designated administrative offices from January 10 to 17, 2025.

Unregistered citizens who meet the legal requirements can submit registration requests from January 18 to 24, 2025, either at local administrative offices or via the website www.listeselectorales.ma. New applications will be reviewed by administrative committees between February 10 and 14, 2025.

The administrative committees, chaired by judges, held their annual meetings from January 5 to 9, 2025, to review new registration requests, transfers, and corrections. Provisional modification tables were deposited at the designated offices last Friday.
