The Casablanca Stock Exchange Opens with Gains

The Casablanca Stock Exchange began trading on a positive note this Wednesday. Its main index, MASI, recorded an increase of 0.31%, settling at 15,818.51 points.

Meanwhile, the MASI.20 index, which reflects the performance of 20 listed companies, advanced by 0.29% to reach 1,280.6 points. Additionally, the MASI.ESG index, representing companies with the best ESG ratings, rose by 0.54% to settle at 1,104.19 points.

The MASI Mid and Small Cap index, tracking the performance of small and medium-sized listed companies, gained 0.51%, closing at 1,650.51 points.

It is worth noting that the MASI index ended Tuesday’s session with a 1.25% loss.
