Tangier : Preparatory meeting to sign a partnership agreement to enhance French language and robotics education for the youth of the Akzena community
As part of enhancing education and training for the benefit of youth, the headquarters of the Akzania community hosted a preparatory meeting, bringing together the community president, Mohamed Boulaich, the French Consul General in Tangier, Mr. Philippe Trouquet, the deputy director of the French school in Tangier, and the regional delegate of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Mr. Abdel Wahid Maqrani Azibou.
This meeting comes to finalize a strategic partnership agreement aimed at developing educational programs in French language, robotics, and theater, directed for the benefit of the community’s youth.
Mr. President of the community, Mohamed Boulaich, emphasized during the meeting the community’s commitment to enhancing training and learning opportunities for young people by establishing meaningful partnerships with international and national institutions.
Mr. Boulaich added that this agreement aligns with the community’s vision to create a modern educational environment that keeps pace with contemporary developments and provides new opportunities for the youth of Ksnaya in various fields. He also emphasized the importance of collaborating with the French Institute in Tangier, as it is a reference institution in teaching the French language and developing cultural and creative skills, which will enable the community’s youth to access advanced educational opportunities and engage in activities that enhance their linguistic, technical, and artistic capabilities.
This agreement, which will be officially signed in the coming days, will contribute to the establishment of specialized training workshops in French language, robotics, and theater, providing young people with the opportunity to develop their linguistic, technical, and creative abilities. During the meeting, the significant role played by the municipal advisor Ms. Salma Alami in overseeing the various stages of preparing this agreement was praised, in addition to the efforts of Mr. Abdel Wahid Al-Maqra’i Azibou, the regional director of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, in supporting the project and ensuring its implementation on the ground.
The meeting was attended by several prominent officials, including the Consul General of France in Tangier, the Deputy Director of the French Institute in Tangier, Philippe Trouquet, the General Secretary of the French Institute in Tangier, Hafsa Ben Sabeh, the Language Course Coordinator at the French Institute in Tangier, Nathalie Bourget, and the person in charge of the « FOS » mission at the French Institute in Tangier, Kenza Rahmani.
This step comes within the framework of the Ikzania community’s strategy, led by Mohamed Boulaich, which focuses on promoting education, supporting vocational training, and enhancing cultural and technical activities through local and international partnerships. The anticipated agreement reflects the community’s commitment to integrating youth into developmental projects, providing them with modern tools for success, making Ikzania a model for sustainable local development based on investing in young talents.
This initiative represents an important step towards developing the education and training sector in the Akzania community, and it enhances cultural cooperation between Morocco and France.
