CAF Announces Quarter-Final Draw for African Club Competitions

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) announced on Wednesday that the draw for the quarter-finals of the CAF Champions League and the CAF Confederation Cup will take place on Thursday, February 20, in Doha, Qatar.
According to an official statement from CAF, the quarter-final matches in both competitions will follow a two-legged format. The CAF Champions League quarter-finals are scheduled for April 1-2 and April 8-9, while the CAF Confederation Cup quarter-finals will be played on April 2 and April 9, 2025.
The teams competing in the CAF Champions League quarter-finals include defending champions Al Ahly (Egypt), Al Hilal (Sudan), AS FAR (Morocco), Espérance de Tunis (Tunisia), Mamelodi Sundowns (South Africa), Orlando Pirates (South Africa), Pyramids FC (Egypt), and MC Alger (Algeria).
For the CAF Confederation Cup, the remaining teams are defending champions Zamalek (Egypt), ASEC Mimosas (Ivory Coast), Al Masry (Egypt), CS Constantine (Algeria), RS Berkane (Morocco), Simba SC (Tanzania), Stellenbosch FC (South Africa), and USM Alger (Algeria).
