Jet2 Launches Two New Air Routes to Morocco for Winter
British airline Jet2 announced on Thursday the launch of two new flight routes to Morocco as part of its Winter 2025/2026 program. These routes will connect Bournemouth to Agadir and Leeds to Marrakech.
In a statement, Jet2 explained that this decision comes in response to the increasing demand for beach holidays and city getaways in Morocco. The airline plans to operate flights to Morocco from eight UK airports.
Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, stated: « We have seen exceptional demand since launching our Morocco program. Customers and independent travel agencies have eagerly booked flights to Agadir and Marrakech. »
The new Bournemouth to Agadir route marks Jet2’s first-ever operations from this airport. Agadir is Morocco’s most popular beach destination, featuring 9 km of golden coastline, numerous hotels, water parks, and a diverse range of unique restaurants.
- Bournemouth – Agadir: One flight per week, every Tuesday from November 4, 2025, to March 24, 2026.
- Leeds – Marrakech: Flights will operate from October 3, 2025, to April 28, 2026.
