The Casablanca Stock Exchange Opens on a Positive Note

The Casablanca Stock Exchange started its trading session on Friday with an upward trend. Its main index, MASI, rose by 0.39%, settling at 16,461.48 points.
The MASI.20 index, which tracks the top 20 listed companies, also increased by 0.39%, reaching 1,329.57 points. Similarly, the MASI.ESG index, which includes companies with the highest ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) ratings, recorded a 0.25% increase, closing at 1,149.89 points.
Additionally, the MASI Mid and Small Cap index, which reflects the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), gained 0.7%, reaching 1,749.43 points.
It is worth noting that the MASI index ended Thursday’s session with a slight gain of 0.03%.
