The Regional Directorate of National Education and Preschool Education in Tangier-Assilah has decided to suspend classes in all public and private schools under its jurisdiction on Monday, March 10, 2025, due to adverse weather conditions.
In an official statement posted on its Facebook page, the directorate explained that this decision was based on a weather warning issued by the General Directorate of Meteorology and coordinated with local authorities to ensure the safety of students, teachers, and administrative staff.
The directorate also urged all concerned parties to take necessary precautions while confirming that classes will resume as usual on Tuesday, March 11, 2025.
Similarly, the provincial directorates of the Ministry of National Education in Ouezzane, Tetouan, M’diq-Fnideq, and Larache have taken the same measure, suspending classes on Monday due to unstable weather conditions.
