The Hamburg Supreme Court has approved the extradition of former MP and ex-president of Raja Club, Mohamed Boudrika, to Moroccan authorities. This decision was confirmed by the Hamburg Public Prosecutor’s Office, which also stated that legal proceedings are still ongoing.

According to the prosecution, the court issued its ruling on February 26, confirming the validity of the extradition process. Boudrika will remain in custody until all necessary legal procedures are completed.

In an official statement, the prosecution indicated that the Hamburg Higher Regional Court found that all conditions for extradition were met and ordered the extension of his detention until the decision is carried out.

New developments in the case are expected in the coming weeks, as authorities continue the extradition process.

It is worth noting that Mohamed Boudrika was arrested last July at Hamburg Airport by Europol, following an international arrest warrant issued by Spanish authorities. He is suspected of alleged financial misconduct in Spain.
