HM the King Congratulates Panama’s President on National Day

In this message, the Sovereign extended, on His own name and on behalf of the Moroccan people, His warmest congratulations to José Raúl Mulino Quintero along with His best wishes for progress for the Panamanian people. 

His Majesty the King seizes this opportunity to express His great pride in the excellent friendly relations uniting the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Panama, hailing the growing development that characterizes the fruitful cooperation, marked with the new dynamic of bilateral relations. 

In this respect, HM the King restates His determination to collaborate with Panama’s President to further strengthen these good relations at the service of the interests of both countries and peoples.
