Moroccan soccer team secured an impressive 3-0 win against Tanzania in Group F’s opening match at the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON 2023). The clash took place at the Laurent Pokou Stadium in Côte d’Ivoire’s San Pedro.
The goals that sealed the victory for the Atlas Lions were netted by Ghanem Saïss in the 30th minute, Azzedine Ounahi in the 77th minute, and Youssef En-Nesyri in the 80th minute. Each goal underscored the team’s prowess and marked a significant step forward in their campaign for AFCON glory, which continues until February 11.
