Kuman further praised Morocco’s efforts under the leadership of HM King Mohammed VI, noting the Kingdom’s significant contributions to Arab joint actions, especially in security.
The DGSN Open Days event, themed « National Security: Citizenship and Solidarity, » underscores the close relationship between security personnel and the public. Kuman emphasized the DGSN’s commitment to transparency and community engagement, appreciating its efforts to inform citizens about the extensive measures in place to maintain public order and safety.
The 5th edition of the DGSN Open Days, running until May 21, aims to educate the public about the roles of various security units and display the advanced equipment used to protect people and property. The event coincides with the 68th anniversary of the DGSN’s establishment.
The opening ceremony in Agadir was presided over by Interior Minister Abdelouafi Laftit, and the Director General of National Security and Territorial Surveillance, Abdellatif Hammouchi. The event serves as a platform to showcase the DGSN’s capabilities and reinforce its mission of ensuring national security through a lens of citizenship and solidarity.
