The « Curva Sud » ultras of Raja Club Athletic have escalated their criticism of the club’s management, led by Adil Hala, and the members’ association, holding them responsible for the « catastrophic » state of the team this season.

In a statement shared on Facebook, the group revealed that some of their members attended the recent communication meeting with club stakeholders as part of their duty to the fans. They used the platform to address the management’s technical errors and mismanagement while criticizing the members’ association for poor leadership, according to the statement.

They accused certain members of causing disruption around the club and exploiting it for personal gain, stating: « Some members run Facebook pages remotely for blackmail purposes. For them, membership has become a profitable business, yielding revenue through shady deals. »

The group emphasized the importance of distinguishing between genuine members, who should contribute to the club’s progress, and those who exploit their position to act as intermediaries with player agents.

They also opposed the return of any individuals who previously failed in managing the club, claiming some members now aim to control the club’s decisions behind the scenes rather than taking responsibility.

The ultras urged Raja-related pages to raise awareness among fans instead of « spreading toxicity and serving hidden agendas. » They also stated that the fans bear some responsibility for engaging with such pages instead of ignoring them.

« True change starts with ourselves. Only then can we hold others accountable while prioritizing the club’s interests above all else, » they added, calling on fans and stakeholders to unite behind the club’s interests and set aside personal agendas that hinder the team’s progress.

In a message to the players, they stated: « The win against Mamelodi will only matter if confirmed in the next match. Victory is a must, and any other result will signify an early end to the season. You must take responsibility and reignite the Eagles’ pride to secure qualification. »

The statement concluded with a call for the immediate resignation of the current management: « You have led the club to a dead end. Your continued presence will worsen the situation. Your departure is an urgent priority. We are fed up with the managerial disasters you have caused. »
